Absolutely loving Prom Season! Not usually a fan of foil letters, but they found their way into some garlands for clients. For a solid hold, I use stretchy tape and 160q or 260q balloons under the tape. Wrap the modeling balloon around the balloon garland for a guaranteed strong hold. For extra security, try uglu dashes. I’m absolutely obsessed with this birthday cake creation! It’s so versatile and can be done in any color scheme to match your designs.It perfectly complemented the balloon stack I recently made for my amazing client. How great is this color combination with the matching birthday cake?Watch the video to learn how to create this design and save this post for later.Here’s a clear list of products and techniques I used to create this twisted balloon cake:- **Candle Top**: Use a 260Q scrap for the top part of the candle, twist it with another 260Q to create the full candle effect.- **Secure the Twist**: Tie the bottom with a balloon scrap to ensure the apple twist doesn’t come undone.- **Marriage Twist**: Twist the 260Q balloon candle with a 12-inch latex balloon.- **Cake Body**: Use two 12-inch balloons to create the body of the cake. Underinflate the balloons, push the air to the top of the nozzle, press down on the nozzle, twist it into the bottom of the balloon, and tie with the scraps.
