Welsh metalcore band Continents are coming back to Southampton in support for their new release - “Lifeline is about being giving another chance and failing at suicide......don't let the sadness and intrusive thoughts win.” The EP tackles messages of mental health, something that is very close to the band’s hearts. Philip continues to share - “The artwork has a concept with 6 meanings. We’ve created a ghost figure as a simple way to represent six quite difficult concepts in mental health.” Alongside the announcement, Continents have also dropped the EP’s lead single ‘Hurricane’. It follows their previous single ‘Lifeline’ which will also feature on the upcoming EP. Ultimately, people need to remember that, however you perceive others, you will not know what’s going on in their mind. I’ve been facing these feelings/demons in my chest for years and I’ve spent the last 15 years of my life trying to be more open, but I have so many self-worth issues at times and intrusive thoughts that my head will always win.

Angel Number + Artemis

Angel Number is a brand new electro-shoegaze artist coming out of the UK.
Having debuted with 'May the Beauty Burn / I Have No Answers For You' in May 2021, they have only unveiled five parts of a seven-piece puzzle called The Seven Acts of Mercy. Receiving huge praise from BBC Radio one's Dan P Carter and backed by publications as a band you must see live.
