Last Friday we held our charity gala. Which was a big success raising £416 for macmillan cancer support!!!!!!

Not many tickets left and just under 3 weeks to go!!!

A few tickets are still available for our charity gala on the 7th of June at Romsey Rugby Club , message us to get booked in.

All proceeds will be going to Macmillan cancer support. The reason we have chosen this charity because Molly's mum has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

On the evening we will be cooking a 3 course meal, followed by a raffle with some amazing prizes and then we will have music from Auden.

One customer said that "it was the best bacon bap he's ever had"

With smoked streaky bacon and a brioche bun toasted in butter with the right sauce.

I made this using a kamodo grill with oak chips to smoke the tomato's to add as much smokey flavour as I could.
