I wanted to let you know the glasses and jewellery boxes have arrived just now. I’m bowled over by their quality, beauty and accuracy. I can tell you have put a lot of work and time into this. I express my deepest gratitude for them.
I offer my apologises for having doubts in the items arriving.
However on another note I do believe the communication was lacking at times and I do believe you shouldn’t have to justify yourself however there are a lot of unkind/ untrue threads about you and both companies.

Hope your all well, sorry for the late post. It's been absolutely manic and im working around the clock to get ALL orders fulfilled, thankfully there is light at the end of the tunnel!

I have extended my dispatch time at the moment while i play catch up so please keep your eye on this. All updates will be on my page.
