Working weekends can be tough when you have a young family, especially when both parents work in the events industry. ๐Ÿคฏ

While some might see having their child by their side at work as a nightmare, I can honestly having Darcey with me is a god send.

At just 7 years old, sheโ€™s the best assistant I could ask for. She helps set up, hands out prizes, engages with the kids, demonstrates dance routines, manages the music, and even greeted guests at the door on Sunday with a cheerful โ€œWelcome to the party!โ€

Tibykidz is starting to be as much about her as it is me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sure, she can be a handful at home, but I canโ€™t praise her enough when she joins me to host parties and events. Donโ€™t worry she doesnโ€™t work for free- Smyths trips are common practice in our house ๐Ÿ˜‚

She truly is something special and Iโ€™m so proud of her. What other child gets to say they spend the weekends partying all day. ๐Ÿฅณ
