Something Old Something New is a family-run bridal boutique based in Hythe – a busy town on the edge of the New Forest and the shores of Southampton Water in Hampshire. We pride ourselves on our personal, friendly service, and the quality and affordability of our stunning wedding dresses and accessories. If you need any alterations we

can put you in touch with a seamstress. Every bride deserves a fabulous experience when choosing their wedding dress. For the best possible service, appointments with our consultants are advised. Or, just pop in and browse our collections at any time during our normal opening hours, Wednesday to Saturday. We do understand that it may be difficult for some brides to come in during our normal opening hours and every effort will be made to accommodate them at a later time in the evening.

Two lovely brides came wedding dress shopping in the boutique and said yes to beautiful dresses. Sophie brought along her family for their support and Laura brought her family to help her make a fabulous choice. She looks gorgeous in our Glitz2Bitz bride hat. We look forward to seeing both brides again in the summer when their dresses come in. 💖💖

Another busy day with lovely brides in the boutique yesterday and it became a perfect day when two of them said yes to the dress! Tatanya brought along her daughter Autumn and maid of honour Michelle to help her make a very quick decision when choosing her beautiful dress. 💖 Sam brought her mum, future mother-in-law and sister with her for their support and they helped her choose a stunning dress perfect for her wedding in Las Vegas.💖 We're looking forward to seeing them again when their dresses come into the boutique in the summer. Xx

This month's issue has a feature called Style Notebook which lets brides know some of the latest trends that they can expect designers to provide plus it informs us as well when we come to do our buying. Hi Everyone, we seem to have attracted a gremlin in our previous post about our sale so we're just going to re-post the info and put another video up. Thank you to those of you who have liked it already! Here goes!!!!! - As you may have seen a little while ago, we mentioned that we were off to Harrogate to see our designers and buy more beautiful dresses, as this is THE place to go to restock our rails. It also means that we have to make room for our new stock so if you're getting married in the next few months and have left your dress shopping till just a bit too late, or you want a dress that's within a certain budget then we may have just the dress for you. Every dress in our CLEARANCE area will now be on sale at £250 until Saturday 23rd March 2024! What a treat! X

Sax appeal- saxophone wedding was searched and has risen by 143% in recent months. Couples are looking for that cool vibe and to add a touch of fun to their wedding. Having witnessed first hand Tim's work at my husband's 40th, I couldn't recommend Tim enough. From start to finish he made the process so easy, and has a huge selection of music to choose from, no matter what atmosphere you're after.
