Always a fab start to the week receiving lovely feedback from events . Matt & Harry had a great time supplying this one . I've included the recipe for those lush mustardy onions for you to try at home on the BBQ in the last of this gorgeous summer sun ☀️😋

I popped over to the gorgeous Barford Park - Weddings & Events today’s ahead our 2021 wedding season ..... it was looking gorgeous in the sunshine ☀️- can’t wait to get back there next year!!

A little bit of history about us....... this is where it all began .

In the late 80's Mum had the gorgeous little Tearooms in Lyndhurst . Slowly but surely Court House Catering grew & grew and we needed a bigger home .

After getting the job to provide the food at the opening of the New Forest Enterprise Centre we moved to The Big Blue Cafe

Loads happened in between ....Dad ran Marco Polos restaurant in Southampton (anyone remember that ? It was a Mongolian BBQ round the back garden of the old cinema !) as well as other side lines including his fairly accident prone stint as a milkman ....but the full story is for another day 😂💙

I took Holly to see where her Nana & Gramps started . We stopped for a cuppa & a rather lovely toasted sandwich.

Interestingly the lady that now runs it told me the place is now haunted - but thankfully the resident from the 'other side' is pretty friendly except throwing the odd cake display around 😂 .
