A little bit about me :-)

Ask me to prepare you a finger buffet for 200 people? - No problem. Organise a corporate canape & champagne launch event? - You got it. Healthy options (or not) for your little cherubs birthday party? - Where and when would you like it delivered?

Describe what I do, how I do it and a little bit about myself ……………. Ah, now this I will struggle with!

So, let’s give this a try…… Hi, I’m Georgie, and I have been working in catering, on and off for the past 25years or so. Having previously owned and managed my own coffee shop and catering business, I have considerable experience of what is required for a wide range of events.

I pride myself on my customer service, and genuinely feel that I cannot be beaten when it comes to truly valuing your requests. When I deliver a buffet, I am only happy and able to relax when I receive the positive comments or feedback from my customers (which, I am happy to say has been very good). My aim is to make you proud of the food that you provide for your guests.

I prepare my freshly made buffets, in my little kitchen, with the same care and attention (if not more) as if I was catering for my own family. All the buffets are prepared fresh just before delivery and will arrive very nicely presented according to your requirements.

I can supply a varied range of buffets for your corporate, or private function at competitive rates. I will be happy to discuss your specific requirements and, between us, agree a menu plan to suit your needs in an informal and relaxed way.

I tend not to provide a set buffet option as I feel that it is better to discuss what is specifically required and decide on a menu to suit the occasion. You may want to cater for a small group of senior managers. when presentation and a ‘wow’ factor is needed. You may just want to ensure that there is a good selection of food available for the hungry masses. Whatever you need, I am happy to talk this through with you.

Hopefully, that gives some idea of how much care I put into my buffets and also, how important customer satisfaction is to me.
