So, Smoking Buddha has been in the lab (ok kitchen) & has a new product.... but needs a name for it... So IT’S COMPETITION TIME!!

The new product is a combination of 4 different types of chilli, hot smoked over cherry wood & then ground down into a bum burning powder... but it’s missing a name, so that’s where you little Buddhas come in... I want your suggestions for a name for this ### powder...

I’m accepting entries until Midday Sunday & if I can’t choose a winner, we’ll put it to a vote.

Just a reminder that even though it’s cooled down a bit.... Jerky is lovely whatever the weather.. Honey Jack and Double Chilli both available.. plus... you may get a sample of.... smokey chipotle jerky or gochujang (spicy Korean) Jerky or even some super secret teriyaki chilli duck jerky (yes you heard that right DUCK jerky) ..... come & get it!!!
