Welcome to the Hamble Village Memorial Hall in the beautiful village of Hamble-le-Rice situated just outside Southampton on the south coast of England. The Memorial hall was originally built in 1933 but was extensively refurbished in May 2003 and now provides a stunning venue for wedding receptions, parties, celebrations, theatre, concerts, dance, as well as special interest clubs, training events

and meetings and social and community activities. The Hall is a registered charity and is independently managed by it’s trustees which are elected yearly. There are two halls and a meeting room. We hope you will consider us to meet your needs, be it professional or social. TO MAKE AN ENQUIRY:

Come and have a social afternoon in the hall with music, tea, coffee and chat-2-4pm first Thursday of the month. Proceeds go to Hamble Lifeboat.

I am so excited to be starting mum and baby yoga at Hamble Village Memorial Hall next week, it's a lovely venue that I teach pregnancy yoga in and it's going to work beautifully for mum and baby :-)

This first block is a short one of just 4 weeks (Mondays 10-11.15, on the 27th Feb, 6th, 20th and 27th March) so a great way to try out the class if you are new to me/yoga.

We have a lovely post-natal recovery practice for mummies, a relaxing baby yoga routine, and time for tea, cake and connection... Both you and your baby/ies will feel calmer and sleep better for it :-)

I have space if you and your little one(s) would like to join us, it's suitable from whenever you feel ready to return to the mat (babies can do yoga from birth, mummies generally wait a month or so!).

Get in touch if you'd like more info, and I hope to see you on the mat soon :-)
