**Subject:** Important Update: Postponement of Chef Whites to Heels.

Dear Ticket Holder,

We are writing to inform you that, unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the Chef Whites to Heels event. This decision has not been taken lightly, and we understand it may cause some disappointment.

Our goal is to deliver an event that offers the best experience and value for money while effectively raising funds for The Burnt Chef Project. After careful consideration, we realised that we need a bit more time to properly organise and promote the event to achieve these objectives.

We sincerely appreciate your support in purchasing a ticket, and we hope you will still be able to join us on the new date. The event will now be held in May 2025, with a tentative date of 17th May, to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week. The focus of the evening will remain on raising awareness about mental health and tackling the stigma within the hospitality industry, aligning with the mission of The Burnt Chef Project.

We acknowledge that this is quite some time away, but we genuinely hope you will still be interested in attending. We are also considering enhancing the event with a Dinner and Show format. Should this plan go ahead, your existing ticket will include the dinner at no extra cost.

If you are unable to make the new date, we completely understand and are happy to arrange a refund for the face value of your ticket. If you would like to request a refund, please confirm by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Refund" within 28 days of receiving this email.

Thank you once again for your support of Chef Whites to Heels. We hope to see you in May 2025 for a meaningful and memorable evening.
