It was so lovely to see Charlotte had found her forever with Kieran.

Charlotte and I first met nearly 20 years ago, when I was trying to sell houses and she was, and still is a (fantastic) mortgage consultant.

As soon as Charlotte showed me her ideas I instantly fell in love… Italy theme 🍋

The venue was the perfect location, again another warm sunny day in May. They had an outside ceremony with a foliage arch as a backdrop (which was moved inside to go behind the Top table).

Bouquets for Charlotte and her Bridesmaids were White Peony collared with different foliages; Olive, Eucalyptus and Ruscus and the Buttonholes were small Peony backed with mixed foliages. The table settings were so thoughtful and carried the theme so well. Different height candles in vases with Lemons, Soft ruscus and Olive sprigs surrounding; each table was a Polaroid with each place they had visited in Italy.

We also placed vases of lemons and olive branches around the venue so it all flowed nicely together.
The cake was made by a family friend and decorated with sprigs of soft ruscus.

Chloe originally reached out to me through my website as Harbour Hotel Southampton kindly recommended me to them.

The process usually starts with checking my availability, that was a tick in the box; and so I asked if any images could be sent over along with quantities of each.. then the first quote was produced.

23rd May crept upon us very quickly, the sun was shining and the flowers looked gorgeous with the marina as their backdrop.

The flowers they chose were classic White and Green, which I personally adore, I find them timeless.

They sent me such a lovely message after the wedding with a link to their photos… so many to choose from!! Browsing through you can literally soak up the atmosphere, looked sooooo much fun and both looked absolutely incredible.

I wish you both all the happiness in the world 🤍

The Duers … simply gorgeous 🤍

I had met Caitlin before she was engaged; I’ve had the honour of doing her sister and friends weddings too (and Christmas wreath workshops).

Not long after Caitlin said ‘yes’ to Sam to be his wife she sent me her moodboard; I couldn’t wait to create and bring her flowers to life.
It was the first time for me at this venue and it took my breath away.

As you can see, I couldn’t pick the usual 5 photos.. the photographer captured, what was the perfect day and making it hard for us to choose which photos would be on ‘the grid’ LOVE LOVE LOVE !!

If you’ve been up to Harbar on 6th you would have noticed the White blossom has gone. It’s now been replaced with a beautiful Ficus tree spanning across the ceiling above the booths. I adore it 💚

Valentine’s Day is looming, personally flowers should be given every week/month to your loved one 😂 but Valentines is a Special Day in the diary (same every year 14th February).

The Peony; a flower most ladies love.

I have used them every season when they are available in wedding and gift bouquets. The array of colours and the scent is amazing!

I adore them, i get a little flutter when i see them at my wholesalers, i always buy some for myself too 💕

Wow… what a year 2021 was!

In the 11 years of being a florist I’ve always put my scissors down on Christmas Eve till the beginning of January. Laura & Charlie had to change dates due to Covid so when Laura said she had booked NYE i couldn’t say no. We were on tender hooks again waiting to see if more restrictions were going to happen on 27th Dec, I can’t express how happy and relieved i was when we got the green light and this gorgeous couple could finally say ‘i do’.

The wreath kits are back!!

Wreaths can be collected or posted for an extra £10 (on prices below)

*TAKING PRE-ORDERS NOW*

1] Mossed wreath ring: if you have an amazing garden, somewhere you can forage some foliage or just want to keep it simple with a couple of dried flowers or even just a bow or lights then this is the wreath for you.
£25 each

2] Mossed wreath with spruce and mix foliages: These are my favourite and what usually goes up on my front door, they also work well as a table centre with a candle in the centre. You may even have some left overs to make lovely arrangements or jam jars for your home or as gifts.
£40 each

3] Spruce wreaths: the messy part is done so all you need to do is either add any extras (slices, cones & lights provided or even baubles if you have a certain colour theme) OR you may love it as it is; so just sit back enjoy the mulled wine and Christmas movies.
£50 each
