Catering Supervisor term time. £14.50 ph, each day is breakfast through to dinner due to peak season, excluding Monday Am and Friday Pm.
Based in Brockenhurst so driving is essential.
Job Role
To be responsible for the kitchen and catering provision
To be responsible for the preparation and cooking of meals, including the preparation of menus, the supervision of staff, to be responsible for the budget allocated and to carry out administrative duties as required.
You will be catering for Children on their school residential trips sometimes with up to 3 groups at a time, so organisation skills are a must.
You will be based In Brockenhurst at at outdoor centre which is one of the most rewarding & beautiful places to work.
