I love the couple portraits because the wedding is about two people saying they want to be together, forever in front of all their favourite people. This is what weddings are about. Yes we can make them look lovely, with all the flowers and the design but at the end of the day it’s about two people saying I do.

A year ago. J&M beautiful intimate wedding at the spectacular Somerley House.
They wanted a soft colour palette with lots of candle light to create a romantic and elegant feel to dinner in the painted gallery.
Based in New York we worked across time zones and oceans to create a wedding that reflected the two of them.

For J&N wedding at Kew Gardens we chose a soft palette of green, white and pink. Something to add to the beautiful space in the orangery.
N has a love of books, reading them and writing so we wanted to bring this in with the vintage books on the tables, the plinths in the ceremony covered in book wallpaper.

We have been there every year for the last 3 years. It gets the most amazing couples.

We love a party, we love people, we love to have fun and we infuse that into all the weddings we plan. A feeling, the emotion, the fun. After all we are there celebrating.

There has been posts recently about planners respecting their suppliers. We don’t respect them. We absolutely love them and that is why we work with them. A very well known and respected planner in the US once said to me, you are the conductor of the orchestra but if one of those instruments (suppliers )is off the symphony you are creating will be awful. It’s your job to get the very best from your orchestra to create the perfect symphony.
I can’t emphasise enough. We are a team on your wedding day. We work together because our aim is to make sure you have the most amazing wedding. As they say, there is no I in team.
