✨ Meet the Owner Monday ✨
Wow… just WOW! It feels like almost overnight Gabs Grazing has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined — and the most exciting part is, we’re only just getting started! 🎉
I wanted to share a little collection of photos that bring me so much joy, along with a bit about the face behind the boards — me! 🫶🏻
Before launching Gabs Grazing, I worked in the hospitality industry, primarily in kitchens. I always had a strong pull to do something of my own, something creative and personal. After stepping away from hospitality, I moved into the care sector, supporting vulnerable adults with additional needs — a role I still proudly hold today. It’s incredibly rewarding, and now my service users get their very own personal chef! 👩🍳
I’ve always been passionate about food, travel, and creating beautiful, memorable experiences. I LOVE a good city break, cooking local cuisine, and immersing myself in new cultures. My favorite travel destination so far? Definitely Australia 🦘
Some fun facts about me:
• I’m passionate about what I do — I pour my heart into every board I make.
• My go-to cocktail? A spicy margarita, every time. 🍸
• I’m a huge ABBA fan — you’ll often catch me singing along while prepping a board 🎶
• I grew up in and have always lived in Southend-on-Sea — proud to call it home!
• I have two beautiful greyhounds who are truly my babies 🐾
When I’m out delivering and setting up one of our signature Gabs Grazing spreads, I’m usually joined by our incredible behind-the-scenes CEO, Ruby. While I’m adding those final touches, Ruby’s capturing all the gorgeous content for our socials (and handling everything else I throw her way!). I’d say we make a pretty perfect dream team ✨
