This Friday, I’m taking a moment to reflect on what has truly been a crazy year ✨
When I launched Gabs Grazing, it was, without a doubt, the scariest thing I’d ever done. In my mind, I thought running a business would be easy, but wow, was I wrong! At 22, I knew what I wanted to achieve and set out on a journey of discovery, success, and, at times, failure.
Within our very first month, we were fully booked every weekend, and I felt on top of the world. I was juggling a full-time job, a part-time job, and running my business, all while trying to maintain a social life (and occasionally remembering to give myself downtime, though that was often an afterthought!).
But stick with me…
Over this past year, I’ve been unbelievably grateful to meet so many beautiful, supportive people and organisations who’ve believed in me, my mission to banish beige buffets and celebrate fresh, vibrant food, and the heart behind my business.
Now, at 23, I’m a year older, a whole lot wiser, and while I might not have everything completely figured out, I can proudly say that I built everything Gabs Grazing is today with my own two hands and with the love and support of those around me. That, to me, feels like the ultimate success story.
I’m now stepping into an exciting new chapter and expanding, reimagining my brand, and stepping into a new pair of shoes as the owner of . I’m excited, nervous, terrified, and proud all at once. Two years ago, the version of me who felt lost and unhappy could only dream of this moment… but this is just the beginning.
I wanted to break up the feed a little, because it’s important you know who you’re buying from.
It’s me, Gabs 🤍
