A classic hog roast menu today was booked by Leigh for a Christening. Full roasted hog, sage & onion stuffing, fresh bread rolls with a choice of 3 freshly prepared salads. Today they picked coleslaw, beetroot salad and a Mexican rice salad. Also added on a side of grilled Halloumi 😋.
