I made a decision and now I feel so much better.
Hanging on and umming and arring doesn’t get you anywhere, well that’s what I found, no further forward and stuck in a rut.
Make that decision you can always change your mind if you don’t like it, but I’m sure you’ll be surprised.😳
Gardening and flower arranging help me to relax too, so give it a go if you’re brave enough, the worst that can happen is you decide it’s not for you, and don’t do it again!

I think this is my all time favourite Pumpkin arrangement I have ever created and I’ve made a few in my time. I can even remember who it was a gift for, she was blown away, and so was the sister who ordered it all the way from the USA. (They love their pumpkins but usually in a pie)

As a local florist in Southport I thought I’d introduce myself again as I have a fair few new followers.
The post shows some of my services I offer but what really make me different to most other florists here in Southport are my floral arranging classes, being held throughout the whole calendar year. As the saying goes “not just for Christmas “
These classes are my main focus in my business and they are driven by a fundamental need for human connection.
Everyone of us in some way or another need social connections, and there are many people out there who are alone in their homes. Social isolation if left unchecked can lead to difficult times. DONT LET THAT BE YOU !
I’m not a doctor or therapist in any way shape or form, however I am a people person and flower lover who wants to and is willing to share my skills and passion of flower arranging, with those who it may help, or also have a love of flowers.
If you’re feeling a little bit in need of something to pick you up, something to look forward to, as a one off or a regular thing then these classes may well be just what you’d enjoy.
The art of flower arranging certainly helps me tick.

HELPFUL ADVICE…
For a flower novice out there, if you don’t know how to care for your blooms, I’ll give the most important thing to do with your gifted bouquets.
DO NOT LEAVE THEM IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT!!
Find a cool spot in the shade, perhaps a corner of a room that needs a little brightening up. Your flowers will thank me.
I can’t emphasise enough how a little extra care with your blooms will allow you to appreciate them for a little while longer.
If you’re sad when they die, do either of two things, buy more fresh blooms or buy faux flowers. Let’s face it sometimes our homes get very hot 🥵 (flowers hate the heat)
