Saturday 26th October we are running a gardening master class in what you should be doing in the garden this autumn /winter .
To include : Pruning ,Cutting Back , Soil Improvement and winter colour.
A chance to see how to prepare for the months ahead and start next season in the best possible position for garden success.
10am-1pm Cost £80 includes homemade tea/cake .
We are limiting this workshop to x5 people to give more of a one to one experience . X3 places left .

🌟 Festive Wreath-Making Classes! 🌟

Drumroll, please... We're excited to announce we are hosting our first Christmas wreath-making class, starting next month with Minster Flowers from Southwell.

You’ll learn to create your own beautiful yuletide wreath from scratch, using a variety of winter foliage and decorations.

Light refreshments of cake, coffee and a glass of christmas fizz will be provided for you to enjoy while you craft.

The class will run from 11am to 1.30pm on SUNDAY 24th NOVEMBER

We had a fabulous day Southwell Ploughing Match and Show . We came home with best on show and the most points in the floral arts classes. Thank you to Home Bakefor printing the ribbons that are used to the hand tied class .
It was a brilliant day out on the autumn sunshine ☀️☀️

We are looking for bubbly and enthusiastic people to join the WPF team this Halloween & Christmas!🎃🎅🏼

From Christmas Elves, to carving pumpkins, we are looking to hire chatty and outgoing staff to make the days even more memorable for our visitors!✨

This seasonal work will vary between character roles, customer-service and catering roles, and few animal interactions. You must be aged 16+ to apply. Primarily weekend and evening work. 🧝👻

The lovely Georgia is leaving us to start university, we’re going to really miss her but we’re super proud 🥹

This means we now have a part time opening on our fabulous Southwell team ⭐️

The ideal candidate would need to work Thursdays and alternating Saturdays, have fantastic customer service skills, experience with food prep and ideally food hygiene qualifications.

Update on our rescue bat ‘Bruce’ . Last night Bruce came back to our village to be released.
Bit reluctant at first but then sudden took off and joined the others that were flying round us. We wish Bruce good luck in the big wide world.

When you come home from work and discover a very tired and dehydrated juvenile bat in your drive . Phone call made to bat protection and we were given a number for a local volunteer, a quick trip to the next village to drop it off. An update late last night to say , it’s a girl 💕 ( we didn’t know so the boys had named her Bruce!), she had eaten and drank well and tonight a test flight Will tried to see how she goes , if all is ok , she will be brought to our village and released here.
