It was a little last minute but I managed to do a short zoom interview to talk about rural crime and how Lincolnshire needs more funding.
As we know we have been targeting several times recently and more within the last couple of decades!

Another spring bouquet that went out over the weekend 🤩💐Really pleased that I made the choice of getting these bouquet boxes as they have proven a great success 🙌🏻🌺Just to confirm I am in London both tomorrow and Tuesday so I will not be able to do any bouquets until Wednesday! I was talking about rural crime and how we have been affected several times with break ins. This piece was linked with the police crime commissioners vote next week! 👮♂️
It was great to be able to meet with Amelia and talk about how rural crime really does affect the farming community especially in Lincolnshire. We are severely underfunded for the size of the county and unfortunately farmers cannot just keep paying more and more insurance every year to cover these cases when we need to be cutting rural crime and making sure the sentences these criminals are facing would be a deterrent to initially do it!!🙌🏻

Did anybody see it last night in the Lincolnshire, humberside calendar region?
This piece was filmed back at the start of February and I wasn’t sure when it was going to air but just as dad was going to bed last night he said he just got a glimpse of me talking and then @cooper_kaleb was on!!
So I tried to watch it on plus one but managed to find it on ITVX 🤩
The piece was to encourage schools to teach farming as part of the curriculum and also the efforts @nfueducation are doing to get children to learn about farming! 🚜
Later this month I’m heading ‘up north’ to get my nfu training to then be able to go into schools to teach about agriculture and horticulture! If this is something your school would like to get involved in then please head to the nfu website and sign up! 🇬🇧

Today I took a walk to see how everything is doing! Thankfully there is sign of life in the lupins! It is still very very wet though but fingers crossed they will crop well this late spring 🤞🏻🌱
