Got to cater for Chris Moyles’ first Barmitzvah experience this weekend, having done a Christmas meal for his family a few years ago, and we’re chuffed with the reviews!

Bring on the summer when we can do more of these amazing outdoor dessert buffet stations! A fabulous cheese board, chocolate mousse jars with honeycomb, plum and almond tartlets, fruit platters, pic and mix…what else would you want to see on there??

Jam packed weekend, with four jobs and over 300 people catered for!
We kicked it off with a brilliant Friday night dinner buffet for 70 people, featuring all of our favourite Middle Eastern style dishes.
Still such a pleasure bumping into DJs, bands, photographers, planners that we haven’t seen for 18 months, and loving parties being back in full swing!
Beautiful dessert buffet to finish off the first job of the week-cheese boards, chocolate mousse pots, plum and almond tartlets, fruit platters, sweets…what more could you want?

Brilliant fun today celebrating our first wedding of the season! Absolutely loved the menu of:-
-Middle Eastern roasted sides of salmon
-Caesar salad with sourdough croutons
-Fish and chip boxes
-Butternut squash with lentils, feta and salsa verde
-Potato salad
-Chargrilled broccoli with sun dried tomatoes and toasted pumpkin seeds
-Roasted vegetable salad
All of that was finished with a beautiful dessert buffet.
