Thank you Mike from Cardiac Action Group for taking 8 of our team this evening for an AED defibrator training.

Our staff took time of the roads and found our way to the hospital for this training.

We do carry an mobile AED in one of our wheelchair taxi. Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 , Luxibus - 07839118988 and DJW Group will continue to be one of the best service provider on Guernsey for all public.

Our taxis and buses carry first aid pouches, fire extinguisher and one taxi has an AED.

We hope to never use it, but most of our team are trained in this.

We're also security trained, fire and first aid trained and passenger assistance training in line with the safe carriage of all passengers.

We thought we would let you know how to find us.

The onsite Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 has priority over any other taxis and is on the main road just outside the main entrance of the site. Number 3 on our map.

We will also be manning a tent on both evenings between 20:00 and 23:00 to take taxi bookings and night bus booking( we advise you to pre book)(limited space) this is number 2 on the map.

Our night bus service is number 4, just a few minutes walk away. This is the closest the Traffic and Highway Services standard bus stop is. Please allow a few minutes walk to catch your bus. It's a public service so will leave only a few minutes passed the schedule departure time.

Number 1 on our map is the north show site, so you can see we're very close to all the action.

Yesterday our beautiful and wonderful "Sharlise" was looking so regal and hopefully made the bride and groom Mr & Mrs Chester memorable day even better.

Here at Lambourne Taxis 07781 123188 were so proud of our family of staff. With now over 90% of our staff trained in the safe carriage of wheelchair passengers and passengers with all abilities.

Today we had another 3 sit the PATs (passenger assistance training) with association with The States of Guernsey and Traffic and Highway Services and education services who ran the course.

The previous night another driver did his renewal of this course independently. We even supplied the wheelchair taxi for this training to be completed.

Well done to all our family staff for the hard work over 2024 so far.

Lambourne taxis, have most of our drivers trained in the PATs course, some are first aided trained and one member is fire safety trained by Exeter and Jersey airport. We also have one member who is AED and CPO (close protection officer) this makes Lambourne taxis one of the best to move anybody on Guernsey.

Thank you to DJW Group and Luxibus who joined us and is part of our family team.
