Massively proud of my 15 year old daughter Freya who took part in a styled photo shoot in Paris last week. An amazing opportunity for her GCSE Photography portfolio and special thanks go to for the invitation and all those involved in the day that encouraged and looked after her. A busy week of work and floral tributes for a very special aunt (my aunt). Coffin spray of Naomi roses, and single stem red carnations, which held special significance with being carried in her bridal bouquet over 60 years ago. A posy tribute from her great grandchildren and where the oversized chrysanthemums were used as a special memory of her own grandfathers flower growing skills. Left over flowers used for a grave tribute and a flower wrap for lunch with friends 🥰🌺

A beautiful coffin arrangement today for a friends dads funeral. With a few stems left over for my friend in an informal hand tie, finished with raffia. I’ve recently seen posts on social media about ‘proper’ florists and can only assume it was a blanket statement by a traditional florist who owns a shop. I would argue otherwise that there are plenty of ‘proper’ florists, whether freelance, hobby florists or otherwise, myself included. I don’t own a shop, I work full time in a different career and I am qualified in floristry. So please don’t belittle us as we all have a talent to share. I will let my flowers speak for themselves on my social media and where I take great pride and pleasure in promoting a job well done
