Here we have a Reimagined Mastered version of Own Your Lifes song "THIS HATE." Taken from stems recorded during a multi track practice session.
All tracks are taken from an hour and a half set recorded at Nomads Rehearsals , with the bands permission. We have taken there all ready released single, This Hate, and remastered using the original practice stems.
We haven't recorded and vocals, guitar or drums separately.
Added processing, PLUGINS, and FX such as gates, compressors, EQ, and reverb, ML plugins were used on the guitar DI to beef out the guitars original tone. As well as cutting some of the vocal tracks to minimise noise bleed from the room, we added some sub drops, snare pops and delay in the break down of this song.
This is just an example of what we can achieve with just a live room situation.

Over the past few weeks we have popped in on Own Your Life practice sessions at Nomads Rehearsals . Each time we set up the room ready for multi track recording, hit record and let them crack on. They were able to have a full hour and a half of raw stems each time.
Working on there set ready for a gig at The Six Six Bar later today.
We have put together a slide show with the audio of the raw unedited recording and mixed and mastered by us. We used all the original stems from the practice and haven't re tracked any parts.
We used Reaper DAW, Soundcraft 24ui as an interface. Mixing and mastering done in reaper to.

While we have been quiet for the last several months, we have had a change of commitments and has led us to change a few things. Although some doors have closed, others remain open, and new ones are ready to be opened.
Reaper Tours and Events, Still offers, Touring assistance from Driver, Backline Tech to Tour Manager duties. We worked with many bands in the past, such as Wilko Johnson, From the Jam, Set it Off, The Longest Johns and The Blockheads.
Should you require any Touring assitance please feel free to contact us for pricing.

Reaper Tours also offer Small gigs and Events, while we hosted several gigs and a two day festival last year. This year, we are looking for more places to host smaller events, such as Jam nights, and small gigs.
Own a pub or club that needs a bit of live music, look no further, we can supply the PA, Backline and could even reach out to bands for you, or you can just run a jam night and again, we will supply all the equipment needed.
Wanting to host an event? We offer discount for regular clients of gigs and jam nights, so get in touch.

Our newest edition is Multitrack Recording, from just one song session to a full on demo. We have teamed with Nomads Rehearsals to bring you an afordable way of laying down tracks for the perfect demo. (Avaliable Mon-Fri 0800-1600. subject to availability. USB required for you to take away your stems for you to mix and master how you want.)

Keep forgetting what you and your band did in practice? As an extra to your regular band practice at Nomads Rehearsal Studios, we offer multitrack recording of your evening practice seesions from £50* (up to 2 hours of recording. price is without Engineer, and not inclusive of room hire, evenings only, subject to availability) Youll be able to take your stems away with you at the end of your session.

We have teamed up with .sn to bring you our charity raffle at .
Revamp the Ramp are a local charity, founded by , a BMX rider
And , an in-line skater, ( vocalist and guitarist) put together to raise funds to Resurface, maintain and rebuild the local skate park. These guys, with a great team, have raised money through donations, Skating competitions and grants.
The money raised doesn't not only help maintain the skate park, but gives kids and adults of all ages a decent place to skate and ride.
The Stall will be located with other vendors like at the vendors hall
Raffle tickets will be on sale through out the weekend untill late Sunday afternoon, where the raffle will be drawn before Sundays headliner .
Prizes to be won consist of a free rehearsal, curtisy of Nomads Rehearsals

Our first ever GRIM FEST 2023 Headliner is none other than Exist Immortal .
Appearing on the Main Stage at this years UK Tech-Metal Fest ,the EXIM boys sure know how to put on a great show.
Even landing guest vocalist during there set like Brad and Max from Eschalon .

EXIM were also over seas earlier this year in Mexico with Anima Tempo , who also hit the UK with EXIM.

Reaper Tours and Events were able to assist with the last show of the VEXED Headline UK tour, at the The Six Six Bar in Cambridge on Sunday.
Offering assistance with setting up for sound check, backline tech assistance and all round stage hand to help with change overs through out the show. Was an absolute great night, with main support from PULSE , and new band Eschalon opening the night.
We were able to offer our drum tech experience and knowledge to Eschalon for there Debut Gig.

Last weekend we helped out with a 3 day Tech and Production Rehearsal at Nomads Rehearsals .
The client hired Van Damme cables and a mixture of mics, including mics.
The client was able to make use of both rehearsal rooms, allowing the FOH engineer to be in a separate room. Loaded with a M32 desk, hired from for the weekend, the engineer was able to mix the band in a separate room, linked via CAT5 Connection to the stage box in the room with the band.
This allowed the band to set up a show file ready for a live environment.
