Can you help? – In order to ensure that all the work doesn’t fall on just a few, please let me know if you can help, just a little, in:
• Dropping off some leaflets?
• Being a drop-off point for Raffle Prizes.
• On-the-day assistance to help to assemble tables chairs and gazebos and to help put away after.
• Assistance selling raffle tickets etc., on the day.

Hi all the weather forecast is not looking good for today so we are going to make a decision at about 11 AM whether the street party will go ahead.
If it doesn't we are talking about the possibility of rescheduling it in the summer.
What are everyone's thoughts?
