BBSN Workshops
This month Richard has been supporting British Boarding Schools Network Workshop at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Heathrow. We have supported this bi-annual three day conference with dinner for a number of years, liaising with the venue onsite ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Following the Workshop, Richard supported a group of their international agents on an exciting FAM trip to Cambridge and Bedford to visit a variety of private schools and colleges.
During their trip they visited Stephen Perse Foundation and The Leys School in Cambridge, enjoyed a wonderful jointly-hosted dinner before heading over to Bedford School on day two.

Recently, we had a lovely visit from Pan Pacific London where they provided us with an update on their wonderful, versatile event spaces🤩
With 10 beautiful spaces, including the Ballroom, able to accommodate 400 delegates, The Pan Pacific is the ideal space for meetings and events. Their modern and sophisticated Ballroom comes equipped with a lovely pre-function space, perfect for delegate registration🪩
Located on the 19th Floor, Pan Pacific have a range of suites available for exclusive use. With incredible views of the city, this space would be perfect for drinks receptions, dinners and VIP board meetings for 10-15 delegates🤩
Also perfect for drinks receptions and those post meeting social events, is the Silverleaf Cocktail Bar which can accommodate 100 people. This space can be used in so many ways but would be ideal for post dinner drinks and canapes🥂

We had a visit from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts where we caught up on their latest updates on international properties, located in prime locations such as Budapest, Dubai, and Madrid and some exciting new openings in Majorca, Rabat, and Italy! Their portfolio has plenty of fantastic venues for incentive trips🤩
We also got an update on Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsHotelHampshire, a beautiful country retreat property located in 500 acres of land just 45 minutes from London. This 14th century Georgian Manor House is the perfect venue for clients looking to host a meeting with team building activities with their ballroom able to host up to 120 cabaret style. With such a vast variety of team building options available, from horse riding ending with a picnic, a ride on the canal boat with catering, to high ropes and clay pigeon shooting, they really have everything to offer all in one place!✨
Finally, we caught up on Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsHotelLondonParkLane, an incredible venue located in central London with great transport links. Their ballroom can accommodate 160 cabaret and is flooded by natural daylight☀️ Their 10th floor meeting space is perfect for those private dining events for up to 20 guests, with panoramic views on London, it's a breathtaking space! We had a lovely visit from Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels for a Lunch and Learn yesterday! We got an update from Park Plaza Victoria and the very exciting new opening of art'otel London Hoxton!🤩
Currently working on a phased opening structure, due to open completely by the end of September, the Art’otel Hoxton is an incredible hotel offering a variety of meeting spaces, all located on the 24th Floor with great panoramic views of the city’s major landmarks🎡
The venue is located in a very trendy area while also being very easily accessible. Each Art’otel property has its own signature artist, D* Face being Hoxton’s! Located on the outside of the building, are original Banksy pieces😍
The venue has an incredible auditorium space, perfect for panel discussions, screenings, and presentations. Linked to the Auditorium Room is the Art Gallery Room, a beautifully decorated space great for registrations and receptions. Their 25th floor restaurant is an incredible space with 360 views of the city with plenty of terrace space which can be hired privately✨
We are really looking forward to the full opening of The Art’otel Hoxton!🥳
@Park-Plaza-Victoria is amazing as ever! With extremely flexible meeting spaces and all amenities contained across two floors, it really is the perfect venue for a range of events. The Edward Suite can split down into 7 different meeting rooms making it ideal for meetings requiring breakout spaces🤝
Park Plaza Victoria is currently going through a bedroom refurbishment which we know will look amazing once complete!😉
