Dear customers as we start the lockdown during November we would like to reassure all customers that any pre-orders for funeral arrangements etc will be full filled as normal. Any future orders during this time can be placed on a call and collect basis ( or delivery) our florists are on site between 9am and 3pm to receive your calls please call the shop on 01207 280799 for any orders.

Hi to all our customers and just to remind you we open at 9 am until 3pm six days aweek apart from Sunday. We have been asked a few times if we are delivering the answer is yes, whether it’s a special occasion, a wedding or a funeral we will deliver to your door.

Dear Customers we have some great news we will be re-opening our shop from Monday 1st June but due to the current circumstances our new opening times will be from 9am to 2pm. For orders or enquires you can either call into the shop where we have installed all Covid-19 safety measures or ring 01207 280799 during opening hours or 07999 704870 out of hours for collections or deliveries.

Hope all our customers are safe and well, just to let you know we are planning on re-opening on the 1st June when the government are saying none essential shops can re-open. Providing these plans remain in place we will be opening from 9am until 2 pm.
For funeral arrangements we can accommodate these orders from today by phoning 07999 704870 to place your order. Hope to see you on the

Dear customers we at Lucia Lee hope you and your family are safe and well. During this unprecedented time it is unfortunate to say we have had to make the decision to close our shop until we are permitted to reopen via the governments guidelines. We are deeply sorry that we currently can not accommodate any funeral arrangements but we send our condolences for any loss of loved ones during these very difficult times. We have been asked by some customers when this pandemic is over could we do memorial arrangements due to them been unable to obtain flowers at the time of the funeral, we can accommodate all your requirements.
