MAKING CHRISTMAS BETTER
At PACT House we support local families facing financial hardship by providing toys for children. In 2023 we supported over 200 children with gifts, sweets and treats.

We open on Christmas Day providing over 200 delivered Christmas Day lunches and 50 sit in lunches at PACT House.

We have a team of volunteers that prepare food and deliver into our community, bring Christmas Cheer to those who might through financial difficulties, poor mental health, being isolated and alone not be able to enjoy Christmas as it should be.

Learning Curve Group have a FREE Level 2 course in Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties, starting at here The Venue on Monday 28th October, 2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday, 9:30am - 2:30pm, for 8 weeks. Monday 28th is the enrolment day, if you will struggle with childcare next week, you can come to the enrolment day and then start the week after when the children are back at school. Come along to The Annual Christmas Fayre, here at The Venue Saturday 25th November. Doors open to sellers at 11:20am. Doors open to buyers 12pm - 3pm.

There will be lots of amazing goodies to buy for Christmas presents and lots of bargains too.
So pop in, have a browse, buy some amazing items, get a hot drink and some good food.

We also have an amazing food hamper, gifted by a lovely lady. £1 per strip, all proceeds go to Durham Food Bank situated in The Venue. This will be drawn on the day of the event.
