The Aston Media Live team delivered so much effort for the NHS Amazing People Awards 2024 which took place at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey. It was such a pleasure to be the AV production team for the event and work alongside the incredible teams at the NHS.

The event involved many months of planning on the technical and also logistical side; bringing together a team of truly professional technicians to make it all happen.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the success of the night and delighted to have ensured that the wonderful people of the NHS England and The Princess Alexandra Hospital got to applaud their incredible teams for the hard work they certainly do!

Aston Media Live provided AV Production which includes: LED video wall, Staging, Lighting, Sound and also Video Production for the event! This event could only have been successful with a truly helpful and dedicated team.

A pleasure to AV support the Hertfordshire Growth Hub at Knebworth House today! With keynote speeches from estate owner Martha Boone Cobbold. A really engaging and fantastic event for local businesses to network and also visit the wonderful facilities at the venue. Aston Media Live provided AV support to the speakers, linking the 4 display screens and coloured uplights.

The Aston Media Live team have been live-streaming up and down the country these past months and last week we found ourselves once again supporting the lovely people of Behçet's UK for their AGM and Conference 2024 at the Holiday Inn Liverpool - City Centre. The event consisted of the Aston Live technicians Martin and Ian providing full AV production and conference filming. This was a hybrid event with an online audience tuning in; so we ensured the virtual audience could watch and participate to the event bringing together quite an amazing community for Behçet's UK. A big shout out to Jess, Ben and Anthony at the venue for their support and welcome too!

📢 The Behçet's UK Conference & AGM 2024 is this Saturday 19 October!

The event will be hybrid and is taking place at the Holiday Inn City Centre Liverpool.

Registration to attend in-person has closed however we are managing a waiting list as we always have a few places to reallocate. Its definitely been a VERY chocolatey event this week at our recommended venue for AV Knebworth Barns for the Hotel Chocolat Leadership Conference Event 2024! The Aston Media Live AV team supported non-stop and have provided full production including sound, lighting, stage set and live stream broadcast; so executives from global company Mars, in Chicago USA, could present and join in with the conference.
