Good news!
4 months ago I had to reduce the kitchen hours at the Chequer Inn Steyning as I was asked to take over an additional pub kitchen at the Crown and Anchor in Shoreham and get it up to scratch.
My work in Shoreham has now been completed after getting them their 5 star rating and bringing custom back to the pub.
I have now handed the kitchen back over to them so that I can get back to Chequers and continue to increase my hours there.
I will be announcing some extended opening hours and new menu at Chequers soon so watch this space!
