Bramble & Thyme provides beautiful, bespoke flowers for weddings and events. Based just outside Stirling Bramble & Thyme caters to people in Central Scotland and further a field. Bramble & Thyme is run by Fiona Wallace who trained at the inspiring Tallulah Rose Flower School. Fiona loves to create gorgeous, unique wedding and event flowers which reflect a clients personality and style. She uses se

asonal flowers where possible to create loose, natural designs and loves to use foliage from the garden or foraged from the hedgerows. Nothing is too much effort and every event is given the personal touch. Fiona has plenty of advice regarding innovative ideas and design and is very happy to discuss ideas with you.

Wedding flowers for Antonia and Callum who got married on Saturday in Crichton Collegiate Church. A really lovely church in the most beautiful setting. The flowers were then moved to one of the mantelpieces at Oxenfoord Castle 🌿

Colourful flowers waiting in the wings before being placed outside the church to welcome the bride and groom and all the wedding guests. It was so hot that they were placed outside at the last minute to keep them as fresh as possible! Then they were moved to the marquee 🌿

Troughs of flowers are a great way to create a focal point and can easily be moved after the wedding ceremony to the wedding venue. Hannah and Sam choose fresh whites and greens for the troughs which were then moved to the marquee at Strathallan Castle 🌿

Wreath making has started! A sprinkling of snow and freezing temperatures created exactly the right atmosphere for the first wreath workshop! Time seems to pass SO quickly! Believe it or not it really is time to think about Christmas Wreath Workshops! This year I’m holding several workshops in a lovely new space here at Nether Spittalton, Blairdrummond. Carolyn and Conor were lucky enough to have the most beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony last Saturday! They chose apple crates full of flowers and foliage to frame the summerhouse and to provide a focal point - these were then moved to decorate the reception area 🌿
