Brine and Smoke are taking orders for Christmas. Whole side, 1/2 side and 100 g/200 g/300 g/ 400 g portions. £6 per 100 g. Whole side special offer of £60 while stocks last. Email [email protected] for information about smaller sizes as we will cut to order. The last delivery day will be 18 December, and the next day of delivery will be on your doorstep, 19 December.

Unfortunately Taste Cumbria has been cancelled due to adverse weather forecast. As a result we have a large amount of hot oak smoked Scottish salmon available. Sourced from Isle of Colonsay and Skye and ready to eat. Suitable for freezing and perfect for Christmas and Hogmanay. Online shop open later today or call 01877 387387. Local deliveries within 20 mile radius of Altskeith Country House. Free delivery for whole sides of salmon this weekend only. Thank you for your help and support.

We need your help! Taste Cumbria has been cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. We now have ready for sale a lot of hot oak smoked salmon. If you would like some for Christmas it's suitable for freezing, from Isle of Colonsay or Skye.
