Some time its good to write things down and reflect....

This June/July has been amazing for events and proms, we have completed 67 events so far without any issues and rectified issues when venues have missed things off our bookings, mistakes happen especially when everyone is busy. We are not just dealing with what we’ve got on but also future events and our own personal lives. Ive personally left the house on some days at 8.30am gone home for a shower and back out till gone 2am, with nothing to eat until I’ve finished but its all part of the job and you take the rough with the smooth.

We've had a full led dance floor get burnt out due to the venue and Dj not enforcing a no drinks on the dance floor policy, we crosshired this to another events company that do not have insurance and dont have the money to pay for it.

We've had a student attack one of our djs and not ejected from the prom, then been branded as racists for playing a song that was requested on several occasions and they all danced to it. This was just a ploy to try and justify a student attacking a member of my staff... at the point the student attacked my dj and didnt get ejected the plug should have been pulled on the prom... in the end I pulled the plug... this has cost us our relationship with the venue but if they think its ok for one of my staff to be attacked, have the place stinking of w**d, drunk and drugged up students, as well as drunk patronising teachers then have us branded as racist....

I’m lost for words, my behaviour wasn’t the best on the night but this should never of happened it should have never escalated this far and it should have been dealt with the very second my dj was attacked.

On the whole, all the kids at the proms have been amazing and its been a really good year for proms. This year we've had the dance floors full all night and the photobooths/magic mirrors rammed doing on average 230 prints per event.

My staff have been amazing, Luke is worth his weight in gold (hes fat) hes helped pull everything together as well as working the jobs.

The staff have been amazing at the venues considering how stressful its been.

I know a lots gone on but we continue to be the best around, I value my staff and in return they put in their best.

Apologies for slow/no replies to emails but i’ll be all over it this week.

Thanks to everyone who’s booked with us it’s been amazing I’m not going to let two Incidents ruin whats been a good prom season.

When we're out working events, we’re always looking for new ideas and things that can be improved upon. We always see rodeo bulls at weddings and they are a massive hit like you wouldn't believe. I personally don't think they look right with "brown inflatable beds with cactuses etc" at a "white wedding" 🥴 So what have we gone and done? That's right we've bought one and had a WHITE & GREY bed designed and made for us. We've had Velcro stitched to the back upright so you can have a personal banner placed on it which is brilliant for photos 😎 The next step is to have some clothes made for the bull attachment or source another attachment and have it painted 😉 As we launch the only Wedding - White Event Rodeo Bull around we are offering a FREE digital selfie pod for the hire time of the Rodeo.
