Well this weekend has been a busy one just on one event The Ball.
It started on Friday at 4pm 2 van loads of kit totalling approx 3000kg was delivered and loaded into the venue.
Part set up ready for crew to arrive at 2am ready to sound check and program by 9am when client arrived.
10am finally get a chance for a coffee .
Further set up and prep required up to 1pm when I went off and freshened up the amazing arrived just before 3pm to run audio for the event and what an amazing sound he created .
Presented by throughout the night production went I without hickup great performance by and his band finished off with djing till 1am.
Derig then commenced and I eventually went to sleep just after 4am a total of 45hours awake as you can imagine I am somewhat tired today but it was worth it for the charity.
Kit for those who wanna know.music open air archat system comprising of 4 x 118subs 2 x 208hr/hl tops, 2 x dsp12 delay speakers, 2 x 206 archat front fills, 2 x 110m DJ monitors, 3 x icoa15 as band monitors, 4mega hex pars, 5 vbars, 4 ikon profiles, adj link lighting console , 2 varytec ipPars, 18 Maxi uplights, 2 b2r moving heads, 6 BSW150 moving heads, x32 compact, .official pc running content, MacBooks running audio content, .truss 7 1.5m 34sections 2 2m, 2 0.5m, 2 90degree sections, 4 bases plates, o’clamps, staging, dj booth, cameras, 4 65” TVs and approximately 70 professional man hours to put it all together and run.

We are excited to announce the return of the Ollie’s Army Battling Against Battens ball- a local charity supporting children diagnosed with Battens Disease after two local young siblings were diagnosed with the devastating disease ❤️

Saturday 19th October 2024, at The Five Star Lowry Hotel, Manchester.
We would love for you to join us for a fabulous night of entertainment and fine dining, whilst supporting a very worthy cause.

Tickets are £85 per head, with tables of up to 12 guests available
Individual tickets are also available
50% deposit required to secure booking.
