It’s a catching up on admin kind of day…

It’s half term week for us, so back to juggling work and home…. but it’s Halloween and my eldest favourite time of year! 🎃

This evening we went to the magical woodland Halloween light walk Magical Woodland - it was amazing!!!!

It’s running all this week and next…Highly recommend and well worth the visit for a Halloween treat! 🎃🎃🎃

A bit of overtime on a Saturday getting a sample ready…loving these colours for a Christmas wedding! 🎄🎀

When you order a sample from I Do designs you receive a fully bespoke, personalised sample made especially for you.

Currently we offer this service FREE of charge but a lot of time and effort goes into each sample, plus the cost of materials and p+p! We may need to consider charging for this service next year, with the price being refunded if you place an order.

It’s her favourite time of year - she loves it!
I have got to say, I do love the leaves as they turn such beautiful oranges and browns and I don’t mind the nights drawing in…time to cosy up 🧡

It’s the beginning of wedding fayre season, so there’s lots of talking to Bride and Grooms. One common theme is that invitations are not usually very high on your list of jobs…but they are actually super important.

They are the first glimpse your guests will receive of your big day, they will set the tone for your whole wedding…this is huge!
It takes just one-tenth of a second for people to judge someone or something and make a first impression - don’t you want to make sure yours is a good one?

The design of your invitations can give your guests hints to your wedding themes, colours or flowers and the quality of your invitation will give suggestions of what your guests can expect the ‘quality’ of your big day to be too.

Quality invitations don’t go unnoticed, made using high quality materials including lots of venue details, local accommodations, taxi information and perhaps and itinerary or order of the day, show that you are being considerate of your guests and wanting to share a well planned and really special day with them 🥰

Remember first impressions count!

This project really was a labour of love! 💙 There were so many individual elements; double mounted panels to the front, handmade internal pockets with rsvp and information cards, silver glitter belly and wrap and plaque….and to finish a bespoke postal box with matching ribbon…phew!!
