I always forget to take photos 🙈 Or I'm too busy 🤪 but managed to take a couple from an event I catered for this weekend. It was for a lovely couple wanting a very simple but delicious cold finger buffet. Feedback was " superb" "Everyone commented on how delicious the food was" 🥰

Cooking for a toddler today. On the menu: English Chicken Curry, Caribbean Chicken & Veg curry, Shepherd's Pie, Minestrone Stew, Pork Chilli, Ginger & Chilli Salmon with stir fry veggies, Tuna Fish Cakes, Potato & Lentil Casserole, Turkey Lasagne.

All are jam packed with LOADS of extra veggies....peas, carrots, parsnips, courgettes, butternut squash, corn, sweet potato, leek to name a few!!

👨‍🍳CHILDREN'S AFTERSCHOOL COOKERY CLUB LEADER 👩‍🍳

We are looking for a special person to join our team for an immediate start. Job role is leading small groups of children in afterschool cookery sessions at various schools in the area (Prestbury, Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Hale, Alderley Edge) Involves collection/drop off of equipment to one address in Great Moor.

MONDAY to THURSDAY between 3pm & 5pm (start/finish times vary slightly depending on school). TERM TIME ONLY. £160/WK

This is a hands on role helping children prepare and cook both sweet & savoury recipes.

Full training will be given however the successful candidate will

💫Be confident in leading a class of pupils in a fun yet controlled manner.
💫Be well organised, reliable, energetic, well presented, friendly and honest with good social and time management skills.
💫Be a confident cook with at least basic cooking skills.
💫 Have a strong work ethic
💫 Hold a full driving licence with use of own car.
💫 Be local to Great Moor/Hazel Grove
💫 DBS certified with children's barred list check, 1st Aid and Food Safety Certificate preferable but can be arranged.

My favourite salad...Sesame Peanut Noodle Salad 🤩

Too lovely and soon moreish I have to portion control my batch 🤣🙈 I forgot the coriander which I'm gutted about as it just gives it that final blast of flavour!
