Tonight I had the absolute pleasure of entertaining Hursthead Infant School. Two discos back to back for reception and then Yr1. Both discos were full of energy,dancing,singing and were a blast to do with lots of happy sweaty faces at the end of both. I'm back there in a few weeks to visit Yr2 before they go up to Junior School for their disco. I can't wait.

All done after six amazing parties all of which were completely different. School disco, football presentation evening for Offerton Park FC they even gave me a trophy for all the events I've done for them over many years. I also did four children's parties ending with a 10 yr old Taylor Swift themed party which involved lots of girls singing lots, if not every Taylor Swift song ever made 🤣. It has been a truly brilliant week. Time to enjoy the rest of fathers day and watch the match then back at it next week for more school discos, children's parties and 400 brownies in a field. This job is never dull just the way I like it

Great way to kick off the weekend I got to entertain a new school tonight. Worth Primary School in Poynton. Tonight was key stage 2 so yrs 3,4,5 and 6. We went for it for two hours straight and it was so much fun. The children were amazing and a real pleasure to entertain. I'm back with them next Friday for Key Stage 1 and more fun.

All done for the week after a very different few events. I got to DJ at a traditional Ukrainian wedding on Saturday and what a night. I followed a very talented traditional Ukrainian band and also got to observe and be a part of all the traditions that go with a Ukrainian wedding. Congratulations to the lovely couple Melanie & Mikey. Today I had an absolute blast at Hudson's 3rd Birthday party. I don't usually do parties under 4yr old but today was so so much fun. The weather was that good I mixed it up with some indoor games and outdoor games on a big field. I was completely out of my comfort zone and changed everything I do which was such a nice change. I also have to say that for 2 and 3yr olds I have never seen such a clever and polite bunch in all the years I've been working. My job never ever gets boring and it is constantly changing. But one thing is always constant IT HAS TO BE LOADS OF FUN

That's me done for the week after 7 parties. 3 school Disco's, wedding and 3 children's parties I now have 5 days off which I'm going to spend with my girls and do some family stuff. Hope everyone enjoys the Bank Holiday and Half Term and back out again on Saturday for another wedding.

Springfield Primary School in Sale were absolutely fantastic tonight. Key stage 2 disco and because it's such a big school it was spread over two hour long Disco's. Yrs 3&4 then 5&6. There was loads of dancing and singing at both and the teachers really did go for it with the children. It is a great school and all the children and staff always make me feel so welcome and put so much effort into creating a fantastic atmosphere it really doesn't feel like work. Tonight was Simmondley Primary's School Disco. Three one hour discos back to back with early years first then yrs 2 & 3 and 4,5 & 6 to finish off. All three were different but all exceptional. They had a tuck shop and at least four children came up to me and said they had used their own money to buy me some sweets to say thank you. I was so touched and that is one of the many reasons I do my job and love it so much. Simmondley you were outstanding tonight and I even get to see yr 6 in July for their leavers disco. Another school and more fun tomorrow.

What a way to start my week. Visited St James Primary School in Glossop for two discos. Key Stage 1 then Key stage 2 straight after. Key stage one really did have their dancing shoes and and got totally involved for the full disco. Key Stage 2 also danced their socks off but also sang virtually every song I played. Awesome night for awesome pupils and staff. More fun tomorrow

Mad busy week with two school Disco's, Two Holy Communions and Two children's birthday parties. It was a hot but very enjoyable weekend with lots and lots of children entertained. I now have Monday off then back at it on Tuesday and a mega Seven parties next week. It's all go, just the way I like it.

What an amazing evening I just had with the children at Norbury Hall Primary school. Two discos back to back with key stage 1 having loads of fun and dancing their socks off. It was then on to key stage 2 which was absolutely out of this world ( it had a festival vibe ). We were also treated with a visit from Spiderman & Batman who came to join in the fun and as always Stockport Hero Hire didn't disappoint, they were incredible ( link below)

Spent the evening with the amazing children of Pownall Green Primary School. Four Disco's back to back Reception, Yr 1 &Yr 2, Yr 3 & Yr 4 then Y 5 & Yr 6. All discos were different with age appropriate music and games at them all. As usual they were all on top form and really up for it. I always love visiting this school and can't wait to go back again later in the year.

🏴‍☠️ The secret’s out - Pirate take over incoming 🏴‍☠️
One for the boys (& girls)!!! We know there will be some very happy littlies at this years Under the Sea Ball, as we have our very own Pirate - Captain Stinky Beard hijacking our Ball! Captain Stinky Beard had not long set sail before he heard about our Under the Sea Ball & being the villain he is, he wants to take over (but don’t worry, he’s a not-so-scary Pirate). He’s going to be an amazing addition - we’re so excited to add him to the line up (keep a look out for his incredible costume that we’ve had specifically designed and is currently in the making - coming next month). He’ll also be available to add to Parties from August 🏴‍☠️☠️😍

Wow this weekend was a hot one but that didn't stop the fin. Six parties all done, school disco, Beer festival in Warrington and four children's parties. It was so much fun and despite the hot weather the children were amazing and so much fun to entertain. Cold shower now, a bit of rest and then another six parties next week 🥵

All done after a brilliant, busy and awesome week. Two school Disco's and 4 children's parties all done and what a week it was. Every disco was a pleasure to do and filled with non stop fun, games and laughter. I do love my job but I am totally shattered and need a long awaited rest. Back at it next week. Moss Hey Primary brought their dancing shoes tonight. Two discos back to back and both were outstanding. Key stage 1 danced their socks off and key stage 2 were really up for it and were brilliant. Been a bit of a crazy week at home so needed a pick me up and that's exactly what Moss Hey did. Thank you and see you again soon.

Amazing night tonight at Hursthead Junior school. Two discos with mixed yes 3,4,5 and 6 at both. It was non stop from the start with everyone joining in at both discos( even the Head ). I genuinely love coming to this school as they are so welcoming, nice to each other and they get so involved it puts a massive smile on my face the whole night. See you in November for more fun

Had an absolutely brilliant weekend with lots of children's parties and an 85th Birthday party. I got to work with Ariel from Manchester Princess Parties and as usual she was fantastic and extremely professional. But the highlight of my weekend has to be meeting David at his 85th Birthday. A nicer man you will never meet. Considering he is 85 he was so funny,sharp, energetic and we just clicked straight away, his party turned into a comedy duo night with brilliant banter between the two of us which had the guest in stitches and we played all types of music including a bit of Old Skool Dance at the end. I have to say that his party is up there with some of the best and most enjoyable parties I've ever done ever. What a brilliant weekend I've had.

Had an itch for some live music so booked 3 concerts to go and see this year with my youngest daughter who is really into all types of music. Kosheen on Friday then Jungle in August with another trip to see Electric Six in November. Even when I'm not working I live for music.

Great night last night DJing Danny and Natasha's wedding. Great couple and lovely guests. I got to play every type of music known to man and had tons of requests ( I always play all requests ) but most importantly I had a full dancefloor all night and everyone had a great time.

Back out tonight for Arlies Primary School in Stalybridge. Two discos back to back and both were amazing to do. Key stage 1 was on fire with lots of great dancing and singing and Key stage 2 took it up a notch and was absolutely awesome at limbo. It is a lovely school to visit and I can't wait to go back and do it all again.

Spend the day and evening at the amazing Oak Tree Primary School in Cheadle Hulme. Four disco with early years first Nursery & Reception then yr 1 & 2 then yr 3 & 4 and finally yr 5 & 6. Each disco was an hour and each one was totally different. What they all had in common though was enthusiasm and energy. It's such a warm and friendly school and all the children of all ages were absolutely fantastic to entertain. The teachers all put lots of effort in too with some great moves. The highlight had to be doing the "Saturday Night" dance with yr 5 & 6. I've not played that for years and they all knew it. Great day at an amazing school. See you all soon.
