MY JOURNEY BEGAN WITH A SIMPLE PASSION FOR COOKING QUALITY FOOD AND A DESIRE TO OFFER AN EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER! MY FLAIR FOR THE KITCHEN CAME ABOUT FROM A YOUNG AGE FROM THE SUPPORT OF MY MOTHER AND GRAN TEACHING ME THE CULINARY SKILLS I PRACTISES IN THE KITCHEN TODAY. THE FIRST REAL CHALLENGE WAS CATERING FOR 26 GUESTS IN THE FRENCH ALPS, WITH LITTLE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIE

NCE IN THE KITCHEN. I WENT ONTO COMPLETING TWO SKI SEASONS WITH MY CLIENTS SUGGESTING I SHOULD CONTINUE MY CAREER AS A CHEF. I DECIDED IN 2019 TO LAUNCH A DISTINCTIVE FINE DINING CATERING & MOBILE BAR SERVICE, TAILORING TO THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS. Well if my Easter weekend couldn’t have been any busier… 👨‍🍳

We received a call on Saturday evening to cater for a chartered private jet flight on Sunday morning. This gave me 12hrs to prepare a full meal and box it ready for the early flight on Easter Sunday! Thanks to for supplying the delicious meat and last minute provisions 🙈

True Duckhouse Style we always say yes! 12hrs later we served up our first ever inflight private dining experience at 41,000ft

No time to clean the exterior of the van 🙈
The Menu included the following

Continental Breakfast of Danish And French Pastries
British Cheese and Meat Platter
Exotic Fruit Platter
Freshly Pressed Juices

Fillet of Beef with Potato Terrine, Green beans wrapped in prosciutto, crispy kale, artichoke horseradish puree and red wine jus

Loin of Lamb with Juniper Jus, dauphinoise potatoes, roasted roots, buttered carrot with a parsley crumb

Chicken Ballotine stuffed with Black Garlic, oyster mushroom, fondant potato, carrot and red cabbage puree and chicken jus

American Style Pancakes with maple syrup and fruit

And of course my famous SAUSAGE ROLLS😛
