The Green House Music Residency - Deadline Extended

We've had a couple of artists ask if we can extend the deadline to over the weekend, so we're keeping applications open til Monday 4th September (5pm).

Deadline for The Green House applications is 5pm this Friday (1st September).

🏡🎚🎶 The week-long music residency takes place at Green Dragon Studios, Stockton from Monday 30th October-Saturday 4th November and offers three artists from Teesside and the wider North-East, (of any genre and background, and at any career stage) the following opportunities…

● Access to rehearsal space (Mon-Sat 10am-7pm) to practice, write music and
work on live setup.
● Access to a professional recording studio for one day to record music, which
will be mixed by our in-house engineer after the residency has finished.
● Workshops with music industry professionals offering expert advice, followed
by a post-residency 1-to-1 video call.
● Photoshoot from local photographer Katy Gettings
● Live show at The Georgian Theatre, Stockton on the evening of Saturday 4th November with full audio and visual recording of the performance.

We've had a few messages asking about when we'll be reopening our rehearsal rooms. The short answer is - not just yet.

We want to make sure that anyone coming into our spaces is as safe as we can make them. At present there are too many risks around groups of people being in confined spaces together for an hour or two at a time.

Please bear with us and watch this space for updates...

If you're rehearsing elsewhere in the meantime, please stay safe. Particularly make sure microphones have been properly sanitised (not just wiped over) - and that goes for cables, other equipment, doors, walls and furniture.
