We're Bailey's Kitchen and we're a family run business from Stoke-on-Trent made up of brothers Josh and Jack Bailey. We're experts in traditional food, and serve anything from melt-in-the-mouth slow-cooked roast beef, to tenderloin pork with crunchy crackling, gourmet burgers & hotdogs and belly buster breakfasts! We also cater for all types of events and we'd love to hear from you about yours!

Tonight I make my mummy proud.. Well so I hope, it could equally be the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to us 🤣

While we take the big screen 📺 airing on tonight’s episode of at 8pm on bbc2 😬

What an absolute pleasure & privilege it was to cook along side such an iconic chef and to presenter last year… All thanks to the amazing youth club I work with running the takeaway nights for the last 12 months has honestly been something that makes me so proud and content working with some hilarious and talented young children ❤️

Now Let’s all have a cringe at our Stokie accents 😂😂😂

The mountain oven ⛰️

This one is something I’m super proud of… Baking a multi seed loaf on the top of a Welsh mountain 🍞

I went to a bushcraft festival a few weeks back & come across this guy - he’s designed and built these make shift open fire ovens. And they are pretty impressive 👌🏽

We sat at the top of that mountain with a steaming hot bowl of oxtail soup a perfectly baked bread for dippage and a huge satisfied smile across our face! And that is what I call LIVING 🙌🏽

After we finished cooking, eating and camping we made sure that the area was exactly how we found it. Leaving zero trace ✌🏼

THE SOULS INTENTIONS RETREAT.

A retreat, off-grid, in rural nature focusing on core elements incorporated into mindfulness practices, a mission of self development, emotional and trauma release, personal growth, connection, and community.

We will be facilitating workshops held by educated and knowledgeable practitioners, professionals, and certified coaches.

there will be a host of in depth workshops structured within the weekends camping retreat, Breath work, Cold water therapy, Wim Hof techniques, reiki, yoga, movement and nutritional wholesome foods, fire pits and camping.

There will be 2 main area structures and a main space community area surrounded by our village of campers. Own equipment regarding camping is required , there are limited tee p*es for hire message if interested with regards to this option.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of providing the with a wonderful spread for there annual presentation 🤗

Feeding 100 staff over 2 sittings with:
• Firecracker brisket
• Thai green curry
• Seasoned wedges
• Coconut rice
• Buttered baps
• Mixed cold buffet
• Nibbles

I think it’s safe to say that it went down a treat with lots of smiles, excited faces and empty plates. I would like to say thank you to Craig and the team for having us ✌🏼
