The bridal preparations at Chelsea and Tomas’s wedding at The Mill Barns were so beautiful and very emotional.
While Chelsea got ready in the dressing room with her bridesmaids, Tomas headed to one of the many hotel rooms to get himself beautiful!
The Ceremony Barn is a very grand and impressive room. They said their vows in front of their closest family and friends, it was a lovely poignant ceremony.
They had a little rain that day, but managed to get out and take some great pictures in the grounds while we had a break in the weather!
The venue is so grand and stunning though, the weather doesn’t really matter when you’re there!
As the night drew in the party got going!
After the wedding breakfast and some fantastic speeches, we headed outside for some portraits and I prepped for some gorgeous evening shots at the front of the venue!
Chelsea and Tomas were so chilled and really embraced the party atmosphere!

She went above and beyond expectations.
All her communication made us feel really special including meeting us before booking to get to know her and having a pre-wedding shoot to make us feel at ease.
On the day, we literally couldn’t have done it without her.
She really took charge and led the day taking a lot of stress off us and making sure we got the best photos.
The photos are amazing and really capture the day perfectly.

Hannah got ready at her childhood home in Cheadle before heading off to The Upper House to marry Nic!
It was a lovely morning with a very chilled bridal party who had everything under control.
This gorgeous couple got their dream outdoor ceremony when they tied the knot at The Upper House!
They then took off for a bit of quiet time in a camper van (which Nic was very excited about), before coming back to celebrate with all their closest family and friends.
There’s nothing more magical than an Upper House sunset! And Hannah and Nic were treated to just that!
The grounds at the venue are perfect for gorgeous pictures and the bonus is that we don’t have to go far to get them!
I’m all about not being away for too long from the guests and the party, so I like to do my “couple portraits” in small chunks throughout the day!

Kieren and Jason got married at the gorgeous Rowton Hall Hotel last year!
They were surrounded by their friends and family as they said their vows under a little rain shower!
It was amazing how everyone embraced it and we’re just in the moment with this beautiful couple!
After a lovely ceremony, it was time to gather with their friends and family!
The rain passed and everyone got to enjoy the beautiful gardens that the venue has to offer!
Not only was it Kieren and Jason’s wedding day! But the evening turned into Kieren’s 40th birthday party, which also happened to be on the same day!
What a great party it was! So much fun!

When the sun goes down….
If you have been following me for a while, you know I love a good sunset or an after dark photo session, especially in the winter months when the sun sets that little bit earlier!
My couples absolutely love these shots and always jump at the chance to pop out to create some “art”!

Time to party!
I always like to stay for a while after the first dance as the dance floor is usually full with everyone wanting to party with the couple after all the formal stuff is over!
This is when everyone starts to let their hair down and are a little more “off guard” so it means for great pictures for me! :-)

We got snow!!!!
Kate, Chris and their gorgeous little family met me up at Hanchurch Woods for some snowy fun at the weekend ahead of their wedding in April!

I just wanted to give a little time to some of the amazing suppliers I have worked alongside this year.
The life of a small business owner can be quite a lonely place, so it’s really important to surround yourself with some wonderful, talented people that all shout for each other!
We all work so hard, but usually just go under the radar as we get on with our jobs to make your day as magical as possible.
