It's another POWERHOOP Circuits takeover!

This week in WOMEN'S WORKOUT we'll be doing a powerhoop circuits class - a mix of cardio, strength & toning, weighted hooping/core exercises - lots of different exercises for all levels of fitness and experience. Core exercises options for anyone who doesn't want to do the hooping bits.
