Hi everyone 👋. I'm your consultant at Penkhull Village Hall, my names Rhiannon ☺️. Before I became a consultant I was a returning member just like lots of you might be. That's right I did Slimming World but for lots of reasons I decided stopping was best for me and inevitably I put all the weight I'd lost back on and even more! But after some time away and trying lots of different diets I came back because Slimming World is the only diet that has ever worked for me personally. I rejoined my local group and I lost 3st in 4months 😀. I was recruited to be a consultant and now I've had the amazing training I'm even more passionate about the fact that eating real food and being part of a supportive group of people who are all striving for the same thing is the best weight loss plan out there!

If you want to know more come along to Slimming World Penkhull on Tuesday at 5:30pm or 7pm. I can't wait to meet you ❤️

❄️⛄️TONIGHTS MEETING IS CANCELLED ⛄️❄️

Well, Jack Frost has been busy over the past couple of days and with the snow and ice making things tricky, we’ve decided to cancel our WI meeting tonight. Safety comes first, and we’d hate for anyone to have a slip and slide adventure on their way to the village hall.

Don’t worry, though – we’ll be back on Thursday 6th February with our 'Let's go Wild' Nature and Wildlife Talk .

Until then, stay snug, enjoy the winter wonderland from indoors, and maybe treat yourself to an extra slice of cake!

See you all soon,

The committee 💜🤍💚
