Although weddings are in full flow, I'm already so excited by next year's days and your ideas and plans.

Breaking my silence finallyyyyy with a shot of Luke & Elysha's special day held on their own farm with 💚

Their sage green and farm inspired wedding was effortlessly beautiful with the perfect finishing touches.

I've had a Saturday to myself for the first time in forever today! Spent it food shopping, sorting out the state of the house, softplay 🙃 and cooking tea. Not a great deal of rest 😂

Can't wait to share images of the weddings I've been a part of recently. Although it's tough going with the terrible toddlers joined to my hip all.the.time, I've enjoyed my work so much!

A good mixture of weddings working closely with my bride & groom's to create their perfect bespoke days.

We dressed the station with further delicious treats for their guests and a mighty pick n mix display on beer kegs to replicate a sweet shop visited in Budapest on the Brides amazing hen do!

When me & Bride Olivia first spoke weddings, she told me that she wanted to emphasise her love of flowers in her wedding decor. So that we did!!
We went floral mad and along with that we collectively accumulated lots of flowers that we were able to hang and dry out on the months running up to the big day. Poor Elias said he felt that his hayfever was kicking in during the process 😂😂

With the gorgeous natural lighting venue has to offer, I knew the design would work perfectly.

A soft, elegant reception with a truly romantic feel 🤍

For their theme we went for an elegant look with taupes, oatmeal, sand and a hint of terracotta. It came together so beautifully.

With ruched runners, long flowing bows and cotton rag papers, it really gave a soft, simple look.

I love the subtle feature of the floral hangings in these images. Their guests were literally sitting in a floral installation 💮🌺🏵️🌸

Olivia & Elias. Name a better duo.

Here they are in their beautiful reception room which I absolutely loved designing the concept for and then putting together. It was a real slog and she worked me hard but it certainly made up for all of my haircuts and colours that I've had since she's been at the family salon.
So lucky to be able to do another family wedding and then take the time to enjoy the weekend of celebrations together.

I can't begin to tell you the love that I have for these two and they are the true meaning of childhood sweethearts.
As Elias shared in his speech, they met at the first inset day of High School and to get her attention, he threw her shoe over a fence 😂 it was love at first sight.

Olivia & Elias 🤍 sneak peaks.

I've just posted on my stories about these photos from coming through and that I couldn't wait to share and it turns out, I literally couldn't. They're just stunning.

When I visited with my sister, we were drawn to the light of their amazing reception room and just knew that we would be able to create something amazing.
Olivia wanted a clean, elegant style with florals being a feature! Say no more.
700 dried flower hangings later... 🌸🏵️💮🌺

We literally filled the room with the amazing installation coming from the ceiling and gorgeous beams. It worked just as I had envisaged, so beautiful to see.

I'll leave it there for now as I get too carried away!

Ps. STILL struggling with this dreaded lurgy and I still have no voice! Will Luke have his dreams answered and never hear me nag him again? Lol.

A little throwback to a lovely Wedding last year at with a few handwritten details. ✍🏻

The kraft brown choice went perfectly with Frankii and Adam's rustic theme.

We have just celebrated my sister's wedding weekend and following that I've been hit by the flu! It's literally wiped me off my feet so I'm a day behind on admin and replies - sorry! Anyone else suffering?! I don't think I've ever had it this bad.
I've lost my voice too 😯 although I think some are secretly pleased about that 🙄😂

As I said in my previous post, I think it's lovely to show yourselves off as a couple through the design of your special day.
My hubby's family are Sicilian whilst us pale lot are of Irish heritage! The perfect mix for our day, we hosted an Italian themed tablescape with Luna mezzo mare playing in the background and later an Irish band with Irish dancers! Quite the mix! ✨💚
I'll share more of our day to show you the little details but for now I'm actually signing out because one of my younger sisters and her childhood sweetheart gets married this weekend!! Beyond excited.
We started the set up today at and it's going to be a good one 😍 what a way to kick off the season.

Brightening up the feed with a touch of Spring and my face at work.
It's been a while since I shared myself, except for our own wedding so hello from the other side!

I'm Laura 💚 I love doing weddings and working closely with my lovely couples 🥰
I'm now a Mamma of 2 to Luca & Oonagh and I still can't quite believe it!
There isn't much time that they're both not following me around but I've promised myself this year that I'm kicking back into Laura Loves as it's something for myself just as much as it is work.

I've completed some briefs for upcoming weddings and I'm honestly so excited to get going on them.

Each one is so different and I love nothing more than a blank canvas venue which allows you as a couple and myself to get our creative juices flowing and really make the day bespoke to yourselves.

I really believe someone's wedding day is a reflection of them as a couple. The perfect way to add little meaningful touches can be through the styling of your day.

Since starting little Laura Loves, my business has progressed to full wedding styling and planning. The original prop hire is still an option, of course.
Bespoke styling really will allow you guys to get that personal element for you and your guests to enjoy.
