The Harbour Festival RAFT RACE is BACK for 2025! 🚣🏆

Cash prizes for the top three teams and lots of fun to be had! 🥇🥈🥉

Drop us a message on Facebook / Instagram, (or email [email protected]) if you would like to enter a team. Let us know the community group/club/charity you are racing for and if you would like to borrow any oars or life vests (available on first come first served basis).

This year, we have 3 rafts to give away! These will be free to collect; however, any donations are welcome which we’d give to charity. These rafts are to be picked up from near Brechin. 🛶⚓

These 3 rafts are available to use at your own risk but we can't guarantee how good they will be..! All the better if you bring your own raft! 🚣🚣🏻‍♀️🚣🏽‍♂️

Life vests will be mandatory for all participants.

No entry fee. No engines! Max 6 sailors per raft.

First up, tomorrow we’re doing a shift at the MidMidsummer Beer Happening raise funds for local groups 🍺💙

Then, on Friday, it’s time to unwind with a few social drinks and good company sampling the beers. 🍻✨

Thursday 8 May 2025 marks 80
years since VE (Victory in
Europe) Day when the Second
World War came to an end in
Europe.

The long anticipated news
resulted in spontaneous
celebrations breaking out
across the nation. A national
holiday was declared and
people from all walks of life
came together to mark the
moment.

The 80th anniversary of VE Day
is a time for a nation to come
together to learn about the
stories of those that served and
the VE Day generation, from the
servicemen who fought, to
children who were evacuated,
and women on the home front
Marking this significant
anniversary, VE Day 80 events
and activity will be taking place
across the country.

We are a social group for guys aged between 18-45, we meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month to try out different activities in the local area.

The Harbour Festival needs your help, and are offering a donation to a local group in return for some gentle pole-moving action on a (fingers crossed!) lovely summer weekend. ☀️ No experience needed, just bring your community spirit!

Who could use a donation? Get in touch with the harbour festival organisers!

The Rotary, Lions and Round Table, need HELP to make this year’s Stonehaven Harbour Festival happen!

Are you part of a group looking for some funds, (we would make donation for your help) who would have a team of able-bodied adult who could help load / unload and erect / de-rig the stalls at this year’s Harbour Festival on Saturday / Sunday 30th / 31st August, if YES send us a private message!

Without help, the event can’t happen!
