🎄 Christmas Food Fact 🎄
Did you know that mince pies were originally filled with meat, such as lamb or beef, along with fruits and spices? These little festive treats date back to the Middle Ages, where they were made to represent the gifts brought to baby Jesus by the Three Wise Men, with the spices symbolising gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

Today, we enjoy them as sweet, fruity pastries—perfect with a cup of mulled wine!
