💍 Ellie & Matt's beautiful wedding @ The Abbey Hotel, Great Malvern ❤️
I had the pleasure of photographing Ellouise and Matt's beautiful wedding at The Abbey Hotel in Malvern. It was so lovely to see their family again, especially their son Sidney, who’s grown so much since I last photographed him. Despite feeling a little poorly, Sidney was a trooper and enjoyed plenty of cuddles with mom and dad. We were lucky with the weather too - rain was forecast, but it held off, allowing us to capture some lovely moments in the hotel’s stunning gardens including this one amongst the flowers.

I’m Dan, a Wedding Photographer from Kinver (near Stourbridge) in the West Midlands specialising in a natural, relaxed and reportage approach to wedding photography – give my Portfolio and Blog a look over for my latest work and to give you an idea of my style.
I’ve been photographing weddings professionally since 2007 and while that’s all well and good you’d probably like to know a bit more about me away from the camera i’d imagine?
When i’m away from the camera i’m basically a big geek, enjoying comics (including Comic Con), superhero films and Star Wars (original trilogy, the new ones don’t count!). I love spending time with my wife and daughter who put up with me photographing absolutely everything we do (as Aerosmith once put it, I don’t want to miss a thing!) as well as swimming and running events including Tough Mudder.
I love capturing weddings – the wall to wall smiles and tears (happy tears, the good kind!), kids running around, big laughs and cheeky grins during the speeches, it’s all such a fantastic day to photograph. Weddings I find are the epicentre of every emotion and it’s my absolute pleasure to capture each and every one to produce wedding photographs that you’ll look back on to relive that every moment of that day for the rest of your lives.
