Will suit people who are physically strong, want to work outdoors and are good team players.

Our depot is based in Crudwell (in between Malmesbury and Cirencester.

Pay between £11 - £14 an hour depending on experience, age and ability.

Every venue is unique and we aim to work with you to create a space that flows beautifully with your surroundings. ​​​​​​​​

M&A's wedding was held in their family's garden. The tipis were positioned so that the main entrance was at the top of the tipi, but the full length of the tipi side was open, perfect for the space they had, with a large barn opposite where the dance floor and bar was set up. The feeling was that the tipis and garden were one. ​​​​​​​​

One option to create more space in your tipis is to use our Side Extension. It is perfect for creating more space for the band or for creating a side entrance. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
It is a panel that fits into the space created when the side of the tipi is lifted. It adds about 28% more usable floor space in 1 tipi, and enables furnishings like stages and tables to be set up closer to the edge of the tipi. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
The PVC window panels let loads of natural light in - it is a lovely addition to the tipis. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
The side extension can also be used as a main entrance, with or without wooden doors. It can be set up in between two tipis or on one tipi. Chat with us about your vision so we can help you create your perfect space.

We often get asked about lighting and what lighting is included in your quote. When you request a quote, we'll include lighting as standard, which is itemised on your quote. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
"9 Pole Fairy Lighting Set for 1 Tipi" means strings of fairy lights from the apex of the tipi down each of the 9 poles. These provide gentle lighting in the day and effective, atmospheric soft white lighting in the evening. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
"Colour Wash Spotlight Set for 1 Tipi" describes uplighters that are usually set up over the dance floor. These light the roof space of the tipi and are controlled by a control attached to one of the poles. The colours can rotate or can be set to remain on one colour. The colour control is in RGB, so you can choose the colour. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
And lastly, "Fairy Lighting around Tipi Entrance" describes the fairy lights that are attached along the entrance to the edge of the canvas.​​​​​​​​

Planning your wedding or event but not sure where to start? Start with your guest list. Knowing how many people will be invited will help you work out how many tipis you need, and also help you paint a picture of costs. ​​​​​​​​

We're regularly asked for advice on how many people can fit within 2 Giant Hat Tipis. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
As a rule of thumb, 2 Tipis are great for events with 40 - 112 people and will comfortably seat 112. This will give you space to seat everyone and room for a dance floor without having to move dining tables out of the way. We recommend the limit for 2 tipis is 120 people (seated at long tables). ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
If you plan to seat your guests at round tables, it is important to remember that round tables take up more floor space than long tables. We recommend 6 round tables per tipi (seating 10 each), though it is possible to put 7 tables within 1 tipi. We recommend a maximum capacity of 80 people at round tables in two tipis. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
The more furnishings you have within the tipis, the more likely it is that you'll need more space. If you plan to have an indoor bar, chill out seating area and indoor fire pit along with seating for the upper limit of 112-120 people, you may want to extend the tipis using our Extension Kit or go up to 3 tipis. ​​​​​​​​

We offer an unique service - your Guest Booking Page is created especially for your event, so guests can reserve their tent exactly as they need it, choosing between our Naked Bell Tent and Kitted Out Bell Tent, including bedding as required.​​​​​​​​

To access the Guest Booking Page, we require a minimum order of 6 bell tents. A 30% deposit is required, but this is refunded to you, minus the delivery fee, once the minimum order has been reached. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
The next step is that we create your unique booking page on our website. Here, they'll find information about your event and a Booking Form which they fill in to reserve their Bell Tents, and we send them an email to confirm their booking and take the payment directly.​​​​​​​​

From M&A's wedding last July ❤️​​​​​​​​

Their florist created the most beautiful entrance through their family garden by lining the walkway matting with floral arrangements on either side. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
At the end of the matting, guests entered into the tipis at the top of the two tipis, but the side was lifted all down one side creating an indoor / outdoor space which looked incredible in this stunning garden setting.​​​​​​​​

VIEW THE TIPIS THIS SPRING 🌿​​​​​​​​

We currently have three Giant Hat Tipis up at at , a very cool cafe and gallery in Ettington near Stratford-upon-Avon. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Our three tipis are set up on the lawn behind Caffeine and Machine, where they are being used as an extension to their seating area and occasionally as a display space. There's no flooring in there or embellishments, but visiting the tipis here will give you a chance to have a wander around the space and an opportunity to visualise your own event. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
You're welcome to go, grab a cup of coffee and have a look around. The tipis will be in situ until the beginning of April.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Please note, they are a really popular venue so time allocated, pre-paid parking is required on Weds and Fri evenings and on weekends. See more on their website.​​​​​​​​

Wow! It's mid-March already! We've been busy in the office getting updates and last minute changes to some of our customer's bookings for this summer season. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Usually around February/March, we ask our clients for any last minute extras they wish to add to their bookings. One of the most popular additions to bookings is our Festoon Light Circle, a 40m circle made up of festoon lights on 3m wooden poles to create a defined space for the tipi atmosphere to flow outside.​​​​​​​​

While our team is as busy as ever preparing for the 2022 event season, Rhian (left), co-owner, mum and local school governor, has been on a mission to find a way to deliver provisions for those displaced in Ukraine. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
As many of you know, our background is running campsites for festivals and as accommodation solutions for major sports events. We've been creating and operating our own events for over 10 years, and we've accumulated a lot of temporary accommodation equipment as a result of this. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
In the past, we've donated sleeping bags and bedding to charities tackling homelessness, and we've just made a donation of all of our camp beds and sleeping bags which will be driven from Stroud, across Poland, and into Ukraine to emergency accommodation centres where they can be used by the people displaced by the war.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
We discovered this transport of goods through Facebook, via the group Stroud Stands with Ukraine. They are no longer accepting donations but Facebook really is awesome for finding similar groups and ways to help in a practical sense.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
If you would like to make a financial donation, some of the charities running Ukraine appeals include the Red Cross, Unicef, Care International and the Disasters Emergency Committee amongst many many others.

It is possible to fit banquet style dining tables around the fire pit. This layout is for 88 people seated, but you can see that you could add additional tables to increase the seated capacity.
