🎨 Last week at Hawkwood, we had the pleasure of hosting a talented group for our week-long Icon Painting course. Over seven days, participants learnt about the sacred art of icongraphy, creating an icon of their own using materials such egg tempera, suslo (evaported beer adhesive) and shell gold. Our team were fortunate to be able to view their incredible work towards the end of the week and learn more about this creative, sacred practice!

🎄 On Thursday and Friday, we also hosted a gathering of women connected to Hawkwood for a special festive networking event! With inspiring workshops, a delicious festive meal and plenty of mince pies, this was the perfect opportunity to connect and enjoy a moment of calm before the busy festive period.

🎼 We are looking forward to celebrating the festive season here at Hawkwood before we wrap up for 2024.
