As a brother and sister team, we established Seven Mile to unite together our experience and talent in cooking, teaching and event management, based on a few simple rules: good food, good atmosphere, good times. We have four streams of business across which we utilise the full range of our diverse and complimentary talents: private cookery, mobile cookery, cookery classes and full event management

. A couple of things were really important to us when we started to define what Seven Mile was about:
- Maximising the use of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
- Collaboration with small, local suppliers and craftspeople.
- Always being led by our clients, on menu, event and class design. Every brief is unique.
- A truly personal service. Our tireless work ethic and personal attention to every aspect of what we do sets us apart from other cookery and event companies.

One of the many things we love about Weddings is how unique they can be.

A favourite eating style of ours is a grazing board. Allowing you to delight your guests with a whole host of options and flavours!

From deli meats, to cheese, to shellfish and seafood, to veggies and nourishing salads, a grazing board allows you to cater for a vide range of taste buds. Not forgetting the all important chutneys and pickles, fresh homemade bread and crackers, elevated sausage rolls and pork pies.

One thing to never miss is pudding! Why not try our delicious mini puddings and fresh fruit to end the grazing experience.

The secret to a fabulous grazing table is all in the presentation and the quality of the food provided. With a sprinkling of care and creativity, a bog standard buffet can become an oasis of culinary delights to well and truly WOW the senses!

Meet Johnny Utah!

Instead of all hands in the kitchen during the lockdowns of 2020, it was all hands on the horse trailer and Bodhi’s little brother Johnny came to life!

With a brand new wood fired pizza oven fitted in the back, we can now cook up delicious homemade pizzas, flatbreads and gyros for weddings, parties and corporate events 🍕

“After years of experience, working all over the world, I have learned how important it is to make the most of what you have. This is why I want to focus on pairing back to the great British dish. This doesn’t mean just fish & chips or Sunday roasts, it’s more about focusing on what’s available in the area and bringing out the best in that produce. Sourcing seasonal, local ingredients from local farms and small suppliers. We call it ‘new-fashioned cookery’ – and we think it will catch on.”
