📍Find us - Nutley Farm is between Crossways and Winfrith Newburgh (postcode DT2 8DT). Please use the postcode and follow the signage. We are in a rural area on a single carriageway lane, so please take care and watch out for the cattle that roam the heath.

🚘Parking – Our first car park is composed of small rubber pieces and our overflow park area is in our field. A temporary roadway is placed down on the slopes to make sure that the ground condition stays good all the time. We ask that care is taken when driving in the car parks and that speed is reduced to 5mph.

🎟Tickets - After placing an order, you should immediately receive confirmation from [email protected] for your order and a separate email from Take Payments for your card transaction. When making an order, you will be asked to create an account, you can log back into your account at any time and find details of your order.

✨Evening Christmas Party - Tickets to our evening Christmas party will be given to those who book our 7.45 pm Christmas Lights and Reindeer Experience. All bookings before 7.45 pm will have access to the festive Nutley Farm Barn until 8.30 pm.

🥂Festive Barn and our Nutley Arms Bar – Our festive barn seating area is much larger – ensuring more visitors can enjoy our Christmas food and drink menu while soaking up the festive atmosphere. All bookings before 7.45 pm will have access to the festive Nutley Farm Barn until 8.30 pm.

🎅Father Christmas Visits – Your ticket time is the time you need to be in our Festive Barn. You are welcome to explore our Christmas Light Trail, visit the reindeer and enjoy our festive food and drink before or after your Father Christmas visit.

🦌Reindeer - You will be able to see the reindeer at the start and end of the illuminated trail. Only food purchased from us can be given to the reindeer.

🌥Weather - Nutley Farm is an outdoor event that takes place during winter. Because of this, our Nutley Farm Christmas events will not be cancelled due to wind, rain or cold temperatures unless the site becomes unsafe. We have sheltered areas to enjoy.

✅ Safety – Safety is paramount to us. We assess the situation carefully throughout each and every day. If the site becomes unsafe due to the weather, we will not hesitate to cancel that day. Any cancellations will be announced via email and across our social media pages. If we must cancel, we will inform you of the re-booking process within 24 hours.

🧤Outdoor clothing - Our Christmas Lights Experience takes place outside on a purpose-built path. Therefore, sturdy outside footwear such as walking boots or Wellington boots will be required with suitable, warm outdoor clothing.

👨‍🦽Disabled access - The Christmas lights experience has been set up to be as accessible as possible within the context of the farmland where the event is taking place. The path is either astroturf or plastic matt with some small hilly and wet sections. One part of the path may be difficult, but we have an alternative route for any wheelchairs or people with mobility problems, so please give us a call to discuss.

🐕 Dogs - Only assistance dogs can attend.

⏰ Time to leave - All customers must leave the car park by 9.00 pm except those staying for our Christmas Party (open to those who book our 7.45pm tickets)
