Great to have the @gbrugbysevens girls in for Performance Profiling this week, following on from having the GB boys in last week 🇬🇧
22 (x2) tests spread over 3 days and integrated around rugby sessions + team meetings
📈 Detailed Performance Profiling is key to individualised training and on a team level helps highlight group trends to give coaches clear information on how best to direct the programme
OFF SEASON WEEK 2
Building acceleration outputs in classic short to long approach as we get ready for Pre-Season.
Preparing tissues in both capacity and output to make the most of the window in Pre-Season to push the needle a bit further.
Not show in this reel but we put in 8x100m tempos at 15-16’s and some Multi-Directional Tempo at slower speeds for tissue capacity prep for on-field work in weeks to come.
Aerobic top up runs to get some more metres in the legs.
